Refund policy

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations:  Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our clay art, these creations are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Please only order if you are certain about your purchase. You can cancel your order within 5 hours if need be. If address given is invalid, I will send an email about correcting it. If the buyer does not reply within a week, that order will be canceled.

Damaged/Lost shipments: Please understand I am not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen mail. Note that it is not under my control if incorrect or incomplete addresses were provided.  

If you have not received your item(s) within 30 days and the tracking states it wasn't delivered, please ask your local delivery person, post office, and USPS. If they are unable to help, please contact me and we will figure this out.
